Children come from various ethnic backgrounds such as Suluk, bajau and as , who have lived here since grandmother's time their ancestors. Despite legal constraints, they are only able to build a life on the land that has been bought by a party.
In this community, the only ray hope is a small school that provides free education for them. There are only four teachers, who are also natives from communities from other islands, and they teach in the building simple wood used as a school.
This documentary gives focus on the struggle to get basic education in atmosphere of deprivation and dreams of these children for time a better future, even if only limited to education elementary school.
